Translating FLEET research to industry: info session

  •  24 Mar 2022
     11:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • What is ‘translation’ anyway, and what are the benefits for me / my work?
  • Does this apply to my work? Will industry be interested in what I’m doing?
  • How can FLEET help me do this?

Join us Thursday 24 March to find out how your innovations and discoveries can be translated into industry inventions, devices, and eventually products. Find out (and have input into) what key translation skills we will train FLEET members in. Hear details on funding programs supporting FLEET members translating research. (Note: registration only available to FLEET members)

The FLEET Translation Program (FTP) will provide resources, advice and industry connections to help develop Centre research into proofs-of-principles, prototypes, and technical demonstrations. This is how we will translate FLEET research outcomes into wider societal impact, and develop key translation skills in Centre membership.

FLEET is establishing Australian expertise in topological electronics, atomically-thin materials, exciton condensates, and non-equilibrium phenomena, and building Australia’s capabilities for advanced electronics research.

This info session will be recorded and made available for FLEET members at the FLEET member portal – Presentations.
