Yonatan specialises in fabrication of artificial graphene in GaAs 2D quantum systems using nano patterning, and creation of a topological insulator based on this artificial graphene system with strong spin-orbit coupling. A Diversity in FLEET Fellow working with CI Alex Hamilton‘s group at UNSW, Yonatan’s research was part of FLEET’s Research Theme 1, topological materials.
