Prof.
Victor Gurarie
Partner Investigator, University of Colorado Boulder
As a FLEET PI Prof Victor Gurarie worked closely with CI Chris Vale (Swinburne) to experimentally realise a quenched p-wave topological superfluid that generates self-sustained Floquet topological superfluidity with no external driving, and with CI Kris Helmerson (Monash) on the quantum kicked-rotor setup to measure critical exponents in the quantum Hall effect, in FLEET’s Research theme 3. Prof Guarie also collaborated with researchers within Research theme 1 on the design of new topological materials.
