Sergei Prokhorenko
Scientific Associate Investigator, University of Arkansas
Dr Sergei Prokhorenko is a theoretical condensed matter physicist with an expertise in ab initio and effective Hamiltonian simulations, topological analysis and theory of phase transitions. Within FLEET, Sergei worked on the theory of topological dipolar states in low-dimensional ferroelectrics with Prof Laurent Bellaiche (U Arkansas) and Prof Nagy Valanoor (UNSW) in the Centre’s Research theme 1: Topological materials and Enabling technology A: Atomically-thin materials.
