Ever wondered what makes women strong in what they do? This event features five female speakers from FLEET who will tell us about their career and what it is like to be a woman in a science-related field.

The event will demonstrate the variety of careers that women can have in science as well as highlight successful female role models in FLEET. Their shared experiences may give us insights into ways to generate a more gender-balanced work environment. Every speaker will share their experiences/pieces of wisdom or personal stories for 12 minutes, and we will end with a Q&A session for every presenter.

We not only encourage women to join this event but also men as they play a crucial role in driving gender equality. By sharing our experiences, we can learn from each other and make sure that we efficiently and more equally support women in their careers.
